The space is fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, walk in closet, work-desk, vintage upright piano, linens, towels; living room, central AC/Heat, and full kitchen. We have a back porch area with enough space to work out, grill, or read a book. An incredible location at the top of a hill in Echo Park, we're removed from the bustle and street noise while still being in the heart of the city. Walking distance from Echo Park Lake, Vista Hermosa Park, Griffith Park, Dodgers Stadium, Elysium Park, and Downtown LA.
No pets. We have a nice little porch area out if you want to smoke. Laundromat within 1 minute drive. You share the apartment with two other people. Seeking a clean, communicative and responsible co-habitator. Open to couples or two people sharing a room, but the rate is higher; inquire for details.
