No pets allowed in shared rooms.
Private room pet deposit $300, and $50/mo pet rent for each pet.
Maximum 60 lb pet weight limit, whether it’s 1 or 2 pets, no more than 2 pets allowed.
Pets are not allowed in any common areas.
If pets make too much noise, tenant will be asked to remove the pet or leave.
Currently pets are only allowed at 1639 W. 36th Pl., 1st floor only.
