I am a female seeking another female roommate who is looking for her own private bedroom (can be furnished with a bed if needed-I paid for a king size that is in there currently) with a nice sized closet. Located near Glendale/Glassell Park/Atwater Village/The Americana on Brand/LA River bike path and easy access to the 2, the 5, and 134 Freeways....This is a two bedroom, one bath apartment with a living room and a spacious kitchen (one of the biggest I have seen considering the price.) Utilities (after split) are between $80 to $130. It’s usually $80 every other month because I only get the water and power bill on even numbered months, but I pay the internet and gas bill monthly...... While it can be month to month, at least a 3-month commitment would be preferred. I’ve been helping girls get their start in LA and have used this place as such since 2015. Ideally, it would be nice to have the room filled in January 2026. I enjoy singing, dancing, acting, collaborating with others, horses, art, being adventurous and learning new things, hiking in Griffith Park (really close by) and actively seeking more work in the entertainment industry in general.
