My name is Shawn, I am a graphic designer working a hybrid schedule for a non-profit in Lincoln Heights. I’m looking for two more housemates to share this Dutch style house built by a cabinet maker in 1948. There are currently two rooms in the house available to rent, available for move in Oct 1. There is a separate posting for the second room, a slightly larger room called the Hidden Forest available for $1100.
There will be five of us sharing the house, there is also one additional tenant in a detached private studio. The property covers six plots of wooded hillside; it is very secluded from the neighbors. The surrounding hillside and valley has only a few homes and the yard surrounding the house is filled with big trees and the full spectrum of local wildlife. Unfortunately, the driveway is steep and fractured but relatively easy to park at the top if you go slow, see photos.
