What's up, I'm Alex! Iām a 32 year old male living in Hollywood looking for a roommate close to my age. Looking for a roommate I can be cool with, not just be a stranger!
Little bit about me: Fun, but mellow. Got a nerd side, I like superheroes, games, anime, animation, comedy. Like to joke a lot and easy to make friends with.
Just looking for a roomie that's similar, really. Be respectful, responsible, mindful, funny, fun and friendly! NO DRUGS and no smoking weed in the apartment!
Now, the actual apartment details:
Apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 shared bathroom with natural light in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Ya know, the basics.
Laundry room is right below and there's a community pool as well. Gated mail room to prevent theft! Unfortunately, NO PETS! 1 gated parking spot and street parking. We can switch off the parking spot, so neither is always parking on the street. Street parking can get bad during Hollywood bowl season. But also, within walking distance of the bowl, if that's your thing! Also, 3 minute drive from Universal Studios and 10 min walk from Hollywood Blvd!
WiFi, electric and gas bills are shared. ($100-$200 max, split between the both of us)
