The room is private and pretty big with walk in closet, you have your own bathroom. All utilities are included. We have a house keeper that comes once every two weeks. (Common areas only)

Room is available for move in now, Rent is $1300 a month with 1300 deposit, no credit check. Room is for 1 person, but will entertain couple with higher rent.
