Apartment is in Mid-City, near the intersection of Fairfax and San Vicente (about ten minutes from the Grove).
I’m laid back, respectful and pretty lowkey. The apartment is a calm and peaceful place – I don’t bring the party to the house. Looking for a roommate who is likeminded and looking for a similar environment.
Rent is $833.33 plus utilities:

Monthly cleaner (kitchen + bathrooms): $60
About the apartment/room:
The apartment is a 3 bedrooms + office with 2.5 baths. There is a washer and dryer in-unit. We also have a patio area that’s a great outdoor extension of the space. Street parking is easy to find and there is also a shared garage.
Please note that this is a year-long lease, not month to month. Landlord will need to run a credit check and meet you, and requires first and last month’s rent at signing. Landlord has a strict overnight policy and there are no pets allowed. There is also no smoking or vaping allowed on property.
The available room fits a full-size bed comfortably and has a cute nook with windows on both walls that are great for cross ventilation (especially in the summer months). Includes a small bath + shower across the hall.
