Hey everyone! We are looking for a responsible, respectful housemate in their 30s or 40s - someone interested in co-living with three other adults. The house is gorgeous and spacious, with three different outdoor spaces. The bedroom available is large with two closets, one of which is a walk-in. (And please note that's a KING bed currently in there!) We love hosting (responsible) parties, and would love someone social who also loves hosting. Professionals, creatives, creative professionals welcome.

We have a washer/dryer in the house, and honestly I can't say enough great things about living here. Landlord is chill and super responsive. Street parking only, but I've never had trouble finding a spot, and I mean that sincerely. We also split the cost for a cleaner once/month.

The location is super central to everything in LA - and 1.5 miles from Cliffs of Id, if you also happen to be a rock climber. :)
