Private room available in a 1913 craftsman with lots of natural light and character. The house has an artsy lived in feel- great for someone creative, low drama and respectful.

Details;

Rent is $850 a month, utilities are included with rent. We ask for a half months rent deposit ($425). Ideally we're looking for someone who can commit to 6 months, but short term could be ok too. Partial furnishings are available and it's a shared bathroom. We have on-site parking. Shopping and restaurants are in close walking distance. You would be living with 3 other creatives, all low key and easy going.

Looking for someone reliable who values privacy and a peaceful, creative living situation.
