You will love this room due to its centrally located and need a place that isn’t to pricey. Room includes single twin bed, a drawer for your clothes, and a smart tv. These items can be removed if you have your own. Room is 52sq.ft (8*6.5). I will include layout of apartment in pics. Washer and dryer located in the apartmennt complex, pay via coins or online payment. We are looking for someone who can pay their rent on time. Short term 1-3 months 1000$/month no security deposit. 3 months+ To move in, you will need 1st months rent $725+$350 non refundable security deposit. Rent will be adjusted on date of move in. Part of the main living room is rented out sometimes throughout the year. There will be 4 people living in apartment including you if you rent the room. Quite hours Mon-Fri 10pm-8am, you can play music but close your door and be considerate of other roommates. You can have company over but keep in mind it’s a shared space. On occasion of a weekend, roommates might have a night in or friends visit. All utilities included and high speed wifi as well. We are located near western/wilshire metro station and major bus lines all within a 10 min walking distance. You will have access to kitchen but please clean your mess after your done. You will have access to a fully functional kitchen and a cubbard to store stuff if you have ingredients for cooking or food. Please pick up after yourself. There is an expected level of cleanliness as well. There is a Ralph’s and Jons marketplace within 5 minute walking distance and food options everywhere. Parking available for a fee, just ask. We are open to short and long term stays. If you have any questions just ask, will be happy to answer. If this ad is still up, the room is available. Room will be cleaned before you move in. We expect a standard of cleanliness.
