Cozy space. Short term or long term. If long term wife prefers a woman ,.unfortunately a man messed it up for all other men. Room/ studio has 2 windows and a third in bathroom. If you have a job , drive ., you can have peace in the Warwick ny area. We are 5 minutes from the town of Chester and Warwick. Spring / fall/ summer is gorgeous. Apple picking/ pumpkin picking/ winery.. house has drive way and parking space. Comes with pellet stove for cold nites , fridge , laundry, your own bathroom References are something to move you up in line. If you have background with criminal activity… it is wise to lmk asap and I can screen the pass .. not a robot , but not a toy . I’m in late 40s and so is my wife. No dogs or cats … there is a fish tank in studio and you can add or put whatever you like in fish tank. Also 2 velvet sofa and 60” tv with internet.
