The room is spacious- it’s 275 sq ft. 27'x12', two windows for plenty of natural light. Great room for tracking, rehearsing or mixing. Treated listening environment, beats trying to mix in a bedroom!
You are welcome to share my equipment. Yamaha HS8 monitors, Neumann TLM-103, RE20, ribbon mic, various dynamic mics, mic preamp, Roland OCTA-CAPTURE audio interface, 88-key MIDI keyboard, an assortment of guitars, basses, percussion, and some miscellaneous instruments. You’re also welcome to bring whatever gear you want to store in the space (as long as it fits.)
On the second floor of a building located close to DTLA and Koreatown. 24-hour access. Has a gated parking lot behind the building. The other tenants of the second floor are all studio and rehearsal spaces too. My studio is usually very quiet, great for recording, and you can also play drums or have band rehearsals.
