Cozy FURNISHED "tower" bedroom in a 2BR 1BA Vintage 1920’s Hollywood apartment.
PREFER FEMALE with good creative energy. Located in central Hollywood, facing the foothills with a view of the Hollywood sign. It's a beautiful building with tons of character and architecture. Great VIEWS of the city and Hollywood Hills. Share with just myself and 2 cats. It's comfy, like home!
The tower bedroom is furnished with a single comfy bed, a smart tv, small chest of drawers, bookcase, nightstand with 2-shelf cupboard, and a clothing rack with fabric cubbies. Closet space is limited, so this is best for someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff. Really. There is some closet space in the hall closet. It’s a small, round, very cozy room, and you’re in a TOWER! It has 6 French windows. It's my favorite room in the place. No common walls for bedrooms, so lots of privacy. There's some traffic sound from the 101 Fwy that is a constant flow.
The large upstairs 1920's apartment itself has high ceilings, lots of wonderful architecture, French windows, wood floors, fireplace, views since we're on a hill, and is nicely furnished, comfy like home. The kitchen has a view of the city. The bathroom which is shared, is always kept very clean by both of us. There is no a/c, but since we're at the top of a hill, there's almost always a nice breeze through the place.
I'm looking for someone who: Is employed, doesn’t smoke, drink or do drugs, is emotionally balanced, clean, tidy, considerate, responsible, pays rent on time, honest, has integrity and respects the place, doesn't have a lot of people traffic or overnight guests, works outside the home preferably. I prefer a FEMALE, as it’s a shared bathroom. NO smoking, drinking or drama. Prefer someone who doesn’t do big “cook-ups”, but keeps it simple. If you’re a “foodie” who likes to cook, this isn’t for you. That said, I guess I'm traumatized by a roomie who set my kitchen on fire with grease and heavily smoked up the whole apartment! I'd like to keep things clean and simple.

I'm a photographer and writer and have 2 well behaved cats who won’t bother you. I do a lot of my work from home; writing, working on photos on my computer. I don’t have a lot of people traffic, and prefer a roommate to be similar in that regard. I'm down to earth, clean, respect the environment, recycle, love British humor, photography of course, yoga, healthy foods, fitness, intelligent conversation, politically left-leaning and aware, and am emotionally mature. I worked in the film industry as a Unit Stills Photographer for years, so understand and feel comfortable with the lifestyle/hours of those who work on film crews.
No further pets, but my two shy cats will befriend you if you wish.
