Roommate is a 38 year old guitar tech/music collector/record store program director/dj who works from home and is usually gone Saturday nights. He takes the smaller bedroom bc he works from home and wants to offer full privacy and a fair trade. Big kitchen, brand new washer and dryer being installed next month. $1500 includes utilizes except internet. Rent is due on the 1st. Half month deposit.

This is perfect for musicians, students, video game designers, film nerds, guitar techs, magicians, Roommate also works nights and sleeps during the day, very casual and quiet in the house other than playing records and watching movies in the shared front room. Lots of film and music memorabilia decor as you can see. Feel free to add to the whacky fun of this house or do your own thing in your huge ass room :)
