I am a friendly, very respectful, and easy going 57yo gay latino male & live alone in large one bedroom apartment, on the 6rd floor of a Nice Historic building, located near Normandie and Wilshire
I am looking for a Male roommate that would like to rent my FURNISHED LIVING ROOM.
The room is fairly large (13x18) and has a large attached walk-in closet (which includes a built-in dresser drawers ).
We would share the kitchen & bathroom
(the apartment is layed-out in such a way that allows us to access the bathroom without having to cut through each other’s space).
One floor up is a roof top patio shared by all tenants.
Wifi included but there is no cable nor A/C available
Utilities included in rent (gas, electric and water)
Street parking only
Very convenient to public transportation,
Located across street from Metro Subway Station.
I am looking for a responsible, gay-friendly, Male roommate.
Preference for full time employed or full time students,
I prefer a Non-smoker, No Pets.
Rent is $700 mo.
plus $200 refundable deposit.
