We have a large furnished private bedroom with a shared bathroom available in West Hollywood. This bedroom comes with a California King size bed with two nightstands, closet, office desk, HDTV, two utility shelves.
The apartment has central A/C and heating, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, 25 cube.ft refrigerator, 3 different coffee makers, on-sight laundry, enough space on our permitted street parking. Obtain a permit won't be a problem.
We are looking for an organized , clean, neat, quiet, polite, and respectful young housemate who would be a perfect match to get along with.
We keep our place very organized, clean and quiet. We ask just first and last month rent, no security deposit.
We share our utility fees: gas and electricity. If you feel comfortable with these conditions, please drop us a line with basic description of yourself, your photo, Instagram and LinkedIn profile, otherwise WE DON'T RESPOND.
