The apt is very spacious with a fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen.
My name is Jordan and my other roommate is Lauren. We are both working professionals in the music and film/TV industries. We are in our 30’s and are looking to find a 3rd roommate who is roughly around the same age.
We are both pretty easy people to live with. We generally like to keep a quiet living space especially Monday-Thursday as we usually during the week. I’m really into films, music and books so the apt reflects that with movie posters, bookshelves, a few records and some memorabilia I’ve collected over the years.
We live in the heart of Thai Town walking distance from a metro train stop, a grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. It also has easy access to the 101 and 5 fwys.
The room is $1,152 plus there will be utilities (electricity/gas/internet) that are split between the 3 of us. The move-in cost would also include a security deposit.
