Hello! Looking to fill the largest bedroom in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Los Feliz. It’s a rent controlled unit in a four-plex that’s airy and bright and is seriously in the most fantastic location. While our street is quiet and serene, it is only a couple blocks away from all of the great shops and restaurants that Los Feliz has to offer. It’s pretty big, has all hardwood floors, a spacious and bright kitchen with updated appliances, A/C. Laundry in our building, there is abundant street parking available, the apartment is fully furnished (besides the vacant room). There is also a small backyard that is quite lovely—overall it’s a fabulous spot. The available room is about 15ft X 13ft with massive closets. You’ll be sharing a large bathroom with a very clean and respectful roommate. Rent before utilities is $1700 / month. Looking to fill the room by January 1st, although a move in as early as the week of December 22nd can be accommodated. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, chill, nonsmoking, without pets, and who will respect and appreciate the space.
