Your privacy is respected… Although you must have FULL TIME DAYTIME EMPLOYMENT… This is a peaceful place at night with great neighbors… During weekdays things get loud and busy after 9:00 am…
I’m not running a 30 page background check on you so there are limitations and please understand compliance….
HOUSE RULES:
1. NO MAIL SERVICE and Proof of another Mailing Address is required
I’m not doing a full background check so again you must make arrangements for mail delivery somewhere else
2. NO VISITORS it’s too small of a space….
3. NO KITCHEN and no debates. There was no ice box for service when occupied although a coffee maker is ok and there’s Hot Water here…
4. NO EATING in the sleeping area but you do get a PRIVATE PORCH area (for coffee or snacks) that’s additionally 420 FRIENDLY and away from the neighbors…You also must purchase smoking products from a licensed dispensary because smoking products are NOT provided here…
5. NO DELIVERIES, FEDX …
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES/NON COMPLIANCE could terminate living arrangements…
No one is on a Watch List but if you’re coming in at night, please just follow the rules… We can’t have people running in and out all night…
