Hi! We are a married couple looking for a roomate who is a good match for our lifestyle. We are both involved with music and are going to be converting the smallest bedroom in the house to a music room. So you have to be ok with music being made in the house! Not anything crazy loud, but there will be singing and piano.
The location is absolutely perfect in my opinion- Highland Park, at the foot of Mount Washington. Cool Climate, quiet, walking distance from restaurants, bars, groceries, the Lodge Room (music venue) transit, Debs Park, and a whole lot more.
It's a great spot! Top story of a duplex. Landlady lives downstairs and is the loveliest person ever. Back Patio is great for hanging and has been an ongoing project of mine. Includes parking spot! Great central air for heat and AC. Room currently has a Cali King bed in it so looks small, but is pretty decent. I included an older pic when I had a queen bed and desk in there. dimensions are 11'X12"
Since we are not renting the second room, you would have your own bathroom. Kitchen and living room are cozy and vibey. Laundry on site.
We don't drink alcohol but we do like to have social gatherings once in a while, mostly on the back patio. We are a pescatarian and conscious omnivore. We can be adaptable to a vegetarian, vegan or omnivore as long as its not TOO much meat kept in the house.
I guess we prefer no pets if possible but we both do like animals so if your furry friend is clean and likes to hang and play with others we could be convinced!
Looking for someone clean, mature, chill, fun! Fellow creative professional would be great! In addition to music we are getting into photography and video production as well and have some plans for developing a space for that in the garage.
Room could be furnished with a queen bed if desired.
Room is available Jan. 15 or can be made available Jan. 1 if you are ready to move in!
