I am renting a nice size bed room fully furnished room (Bed, dresser, & TV, Walk-In Closet & Private Bathroom) included in the room. The room is located in a nice size 4 bedroom house 15 minutes from downtown, always kept clean at all times I also ask that you be respectful of the house and the neighbors. The house also have a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer located inside the house. The rent amount will include the cost of basic utilities. If you are not a respectful person and don't like to clean up behind yourself, please do not call. The room is listed for $975 a month and $250 security deposit.
