My two roommates and I are looking for a new roomie to fill up one of our rooms in our home in Echo Park. We are on the southern edge of Echo Park near the EP lake. Our home offers a spacious living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms, front and back yard, onsite parking, high speed internet, and a cleaning lady who comes bi monthly to tidy up all the common areas. Looking to get a new roomie in by the 15th of this month or come February at the latest. We will be showing two rooms to choose from. The larger going for $1,200.00 and the smaller bedroom going for 1,050.00. No pets or couples. Our home consists of 3 young professionals.
