The house is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath house with:

The picture on this listing is from a former roommate, but the room has recently been painted white and fixed up for a new roommate.
Looking for one reliable, respectful roommate to share the space with two creative music guys in their late 20s/early 30s. No more pets allowed, as the cat here has insisted. Shower is shared between all three roommates, but the main shared bathroom is primarily shared by two people as the master bedroom has a half-bath. The room is unfurnished.
Rent is $1100 / mo, plus shared utilities (DWP, Gas, Internet) and 1mo security deposit. There is currently no AC window unit in the room, so we are discounting the security deposit to $900 if you'd like to get one. If you'd like to move in before November 1st, we can prorate October rent to fit the days you are moved in for. The lease is month to month, but ideally we are looking for someone that is looking for a place for at least a year.
