Rent is $1,050/month, with utilities averaging $100/month per person. There will be a deposit which will be 1.5x rent.
Move in would be Dec 1st or later, and the commitment would be a year-long lease, with the potential to transition to month-to-month after that.
The apartment has hardwood floors and contains a large kitchen with generous countertop space, microwave, fridge, disposal, and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a dining table, chairs, couch, TV and gallery wall. There is central AC and heating. There are washer and dryer units along with a shower in a shared bathroom.
Outside is shared a driveway and back lot for extended parking, as well as a garage that is shared and used as storage for both upstairs and downstairs tenants.
The location is in Silverlake, a walkable neighborhood close to Trader Joe’s, convenient Metro stops, and many shops, restaurants, and venues along Sunset Boulevard, and in Los Feliz. Street parking is generally available, with the exception of some street-sweeping times, there are also a couple of EV charging reserved spots right next door to us.
You'd be moving in with 1 woman, 2 men, 1 cat, all of whom are relaxed, sociable, space-sharing roommates; we’ll all occasionally have friends over for dinner, movie nights, and board games.
