Seeking a roommate to split a 3 bedroom x 2 bath in Silverlake.

Standalone front unit of a duplex with in-unit washer and dryer, central AC, all new appliances, and Ring camera system. One block south of Cafecito Organico in Silverlake. Shared 2 car-parking in front. Happy to discuss and rearrange the rooms and living room placement. Living and dining room are already furnished as pictured. One bedroom will be available unfurnished, one bedroom will be mine, and the 3rd room can be discussed for mixed or personal use.

Hoping to find just one roommate to split the entire unit. Utilities and house cleaners 1x/month is not included in rent. Rent is somewhat negotiable so reach out if you have any questions.

About me:
- I'm a 36 (F) that has a hybrid schedule in office 3 days a week. I am very clean (no shoes in the house). I work in advertising on the westside. I am a Socal native and I like to do most my socializing outside of the house but will also happily watch shows/movies or play boardgames at home. Occasionally I will have friends over if we are going to an event in the area but never throws big parties. I am generally in bed by 10pm during the week.
- I have a 23lb mini goldendoodle named Bruce that is overly friendly and likes a lot of attention. He will likely want to spend time with you and/or bring toys into your room. He does go with me to work Wed-Thurs. (Sorry no other dogs or cats.)

About you:
- Gender doesn't matter as long as you are kind, clean, and likes dogs.
- Can work from home and can take over 2 of the 3 bedrooms if you want your own office, storage, or closet.
- Is respectful of the fact that I work a 9-5 so would also like the house to be quiet at night.
- No smoking cigarettes.
- Ideally someone that travels often and needs someone reliable to look over their stuff. If that's not you - that's totally fine too as long as your are chill and respectful.

Move in date is ideally January but can be flexible. Security deposit of 1 month rent.
