Seeking 1 clean, respectful roommate for 1 Bedrooms available in modest 4br/2ba in Echo Park asap. All roommates are moving out, so I will be the only one left. In-unit laundry and decent street parking is available. $815/mo rent, Around $50-$75/mo for utilities/internet. 2X rent and credit check needed to move in. Convenient access to 5 freeway, DTLA, and Sunset Blvd. I am looking to find people who will help keep the place clean and peaceful, especially the common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, living room) that we all share. 420 and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I am a filmmaker and NYU Grad from the east coast who works overnight at thia time. Please excuse the mess in the photos, currently in a transition period, and I'm the only one cleaning up at the moment. Modest space, but can be great if we put effort into making it a home.
