I am a professional female who likes to cook, workout, play music and am laidback, easy going, yet spontaneous. I’m respectful of my roommates privacy and am trustworthy, I’d like that my roommate also be so as well.
My other Roomate is amazing, she is a paralegal, kind and mostly at work. There is also a gentleman who is a chef who lives in the middle bedroom.
I have a friendly service dog on the premises but he does not reside in the main house nor will he be inside of it.
My beautiful home is not your cookie-cutter contemporary style house. It has a lot of character and maintains its elegance. Its is a short 5 minute drive from USC campus & LA Colosseum, about 10 minutes from downtown LA and SoFi Stadium, only about 20 minutes to LAX with no traffic, 25 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes away from the 110 freeway, and only about 20 minutes from Hollywood or Culver City with no traffic.
