The house is conveniently located with quick access to I-5, I-10, I-134, I-110, and Glendale—immediate walking access to hiking and outdoor activities in Griffith Park and along very nice section of LA River. We are looking for young professionals or graduate students who are responsible, clean, and respectful of others. No drug usage is permitted at the house, and no animals are allowed. Home is occupied by working professionals in their late 20s and 30s who all enjoy playing music and outdoor physical activities. We keep the house very clean and peaceful. Looking for another housemate who has good energy and a positive attitude. Cleanliness is a must. Track record of employment required.
