About the rooms: These rooms take up about a third of the downstairs. The larger room is (13 ½ x 12 ½). The adjacent room is (9 x 11). Deciding which one makes a better bedroom, office, or living space is up to you. The bathroom is adjacent to the smaller room. Lots of light! This room also comes with a mini library - books on shelving on each wall of the larger room just below the ceiling.

Rooms come furnished.

There are four bedrooms in the house. 4 people is our maximum allowed capacity.
