We're two Ragdoll cats living in Koreatown with our Mom (Bree, 31f) and we are looking for a roommate to move into our rent controlled, furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bath apartment in Koreatown area! You would get use of TWO bedrooms and two closets, so if you work from home or are a student who wants a study it would be ideal for you. Private bathroom as well! Please be gainfully employed or a full time student who has proof on being able to pay monthly rental costs. We are really hoping to find someone who is a good fit and very compatible as a roommate (quiet, considerate, kind, clean)! Because of our living style, we are seeking out a woman in her late 20's/30's/40's. The apartment is our safe and quiet space that Bree wants to come home to after a long day and relax in, and is an oasis so she rarely, if ever, host parties in the space.
The three bedroom is available immediately for move-in as-is in Koreatown/MidWilshire apartment and is located in a quadraplex (basically a house). It's massive, at 1700 sqft, on the 2nd floor (no stairs), with one shared gated parking lot (Mom doesn't have a car) and always available and free street parking. Mom owns the washer/dryer in-unit that you can use, its a safe and walkable neighborhood, lots of windows and natural light, NO PETS as we adore humans but dont get along with other animals. The place is extremely central in LA/Ktown: 15 minute walk to Ralphs and Hmart, a nearby park, right by Historic Hancock Park which is really green and not far from the 10. We are 2.3 miles from a Target, and 15-20 minute car ride to DTLA/Hollywood/USC/Beverly Hills.
- Total Rent: $3,132.55 ($1,566.27 between 2 people), not including utilities
- There is a $40 nonrefundable application fee to submit an application with the property manager
- Credit/background/housing check is conducted (around 700 credit score is needed)
- Only 1 month rent is needed to be paid to my property managers, and deposit of $800 cash goes to Bree (we paid out cash the last person who moved out)
