Please read carefully. If you are seldom home or just looking for a convenient place to sleep, this is what I don't want. I have a large house that I would like to see become something of a creative oasis. I'm holding out for a writer, photographer, model, actor or other gay friendly creatives who would appreciate living in a supportive environment among others with similar interests.
Our house is a comfortable, very quiet, very safe, upscale 5 bedroom located in the Hollywood Hills.The room in question is partially furnished with a pool, shared bathroom, private yard and plenty of unrestricted street parking (please note: we're up in the hills and A CAR IS A MUST!) Owner (me in the photo) and one 30 something male living here now.
To be considered, send a clear photo, a paragraph or two about yourself, good credit and references or background check.
$1400/mo, $1000 security deposit and your share of utilities (pool service, gardener, hi-speed internet, water, gas, electricity, trash) approximately $175/per person.
