I choose this method as a way to make sure it sells in a reasonable amount of time during RV selling off season.

This motorhome is in excellent shape. Any and everything that an rv of this age would need has been done. It was also recently driven from Missouri to California where it drove through the Colorado mountains and across half the country and it drove perfectly. Also anything that we did not catch before the trip, we had fixed when it got to California. So not only has this RV had approximately $23,000 in new work done, it was also test driven across the country in September and it drove perfectly, and it gave us a chance to test out everything on it and everything that would of needed work was addressed. This RV is ready for any buyer to just jump in and start an adventure without any worries at all.

We had a long trip planned, first drive to California, and then all over the west coast for many months, so before we left Missouri we went through the coach front to back to make sure everything was ready. Plans changed due to a medical issue, so someone else gets the benefit of the fresh work and a motorhome that is ready for any adventure. Big recent work (about $23k in parts & labor in 2025)
Receipts and folder of records on hand.
Two new roof A/C units (modern low-profile units, installed by Camping World).
All new awnings and roof corner sealing, plus new skylight.
New coach and chassis batteries (4 house batteries + 2 chassis batteries).
New captain’s chairs and matching sleeper sofa (quality RV furniture, installed after our last trip).
New alternator, tankless water heater, entry step, power transfer switch, and water filter housing.
Internet satellite internet kit included.
That’s the short version. The idea was to have a reliable, turn-key coach for long trips, not to patch things as they broke.
Condition & how it drives
Engine and transmission run strong; no warning lights or known issues.
Onan 8k diesel generator with roughly 560 hours, runs and carries load normally.
All 4 slides operate smoothly.
Plumbing was pressure-tested; no known leaks.
Kitchen appliances work as they should.
Heat and A/C both work (dual roof units are new).
Side and rear cameras work.
Electrical: clean hand-off between shore power and generator; new transfer switch installed in 2025.
I would not hesitate to fuel it up and drive it across the country again.
