My name is Bennett and I work in production. I recently moved to LA from NYC and have found myself at the end of my original sublet as such I am looking ASAP. I am seeking a furnished room (month to month) on the East side. I would be open to a less furnished situation for the right price. Right now my budget is ~1400/month but could be flex.
