Hi there, I'm a music industry professional raised in the UK. I recently landed an A&R job at a record label in the U.S. A&Rs are basically the people scouting, signing, and developing artists. Fulfilling but stressful. Would be great to find a furnished or semi-furnished place so that I can just settle in and focus on the new role. My job is bicoastal and requires me to be two weeks in Los Angeles and two weeks in New York per month. I can be flexible on the exact schedule, but I'm essentially looking for a room or studio two weeks out of the month. My only preference is for a PRIVATE BATH. Budget for half of each month is $800-1000 (that includes utilities/wifi). Also hoping to find someone who's not super strict about stuff I.E. me leaving a few belongings at the apartment when I'm not around, me only staying 12 days one month but then staying 15-16 days another month, etc. Also if kitchen access isn't included that's fine, I'll live.

I don't smoke or drink but I'm fine with those who do. I'd prefer to live with someone who doesn't smoke indoors though.

I'm currently in the area, would love to make a plan to see places soon. Sunday's my next free day. Only open to West Hollywood, Hollywood, Hancock Park, Carthay Circle, and Santa Monica areas. No East Hollywood or DTLA or Silverlake please.
