Looking for an experienced Post commander who can :
-Supervise and manage all personnel assigned to the post.
-Develop and enforce security protocols and procedures.
-Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
-Provide training and guidance to security staff.
-Coordinate emergency response and crisis management activities.
-Maintain clear and open communication with other security leaders and stakeholders.
-Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and safety operations.
-Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and personnel.
-Monitor security systems and equipment functionality.
-Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigations.

Requirements

•CA BSIS Guard Card
• English or bi-lingual
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; may require computer skills
• Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
• Read, understand and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing (correctable to normal level required) in communicating with public/co-workers, giving and receiving instructions, using smart phones.
