44 yo man seeks 4-8 weeks sublet

Looking for inexpensive sublet (living room could work just great) for months of January, Frbruary, maybe portion of March. I have two businesses including busy Airbnb on the east coast and small video production company. I live someowhat on EST schedule. I have car and some posessions, obviously. No specific preferences on city location, I do, hovewer, like my roommates to be self-aware, not projecting their hardships or childhood traumas on random people, be decent communictors. I pledge to respect your property, privacy and happy to tailor my communication, habits and lifestyle to the household's rules.
I'm 44 yo ex New Yorker, ex Barceloner, ex Moscovite. I live relatively healthy lifestyle (4-5 times a week gym), i eat rather healthy (organic whenever I can). I'm decent cook, and I want to have unrescticted access to the kitchen (that doesn't mean I plan to cook 10 hours a day, but if I'm paying you money, earned with my sweat and tears, I will not be living with people who want "light cooking roommates". I'm a video producer and wannabe lansdcaper. I've accuulated bits of knowledge about lansdcaping and can be of help, if needed or even swap services if relevant. I'm alergic to cats.
