Clean background no guest month to month lease or year lease proof of income SSI and I work independently doing car dent repair buffing cars at car dealerships etc. I also have my CDL in a few months going back to work
I'm looking for a apt or one or two bed house that will be on my SSI budget anywhere from 700 monthly or 1,000 would be great if I can find rent to own
Situation
looking for a woman who is single and wants a roommate possibly relationship great rent history I'm a CDL driver inventor BMI music member and own my own business doing car dent repair buffing headlight restoration maintenance skills etc
Very educated not in a gang I'm responsible respectful and I receive SSI so my money is secure for rent it a be great if a woman needed help with rent etc and become a couple I have no kids I don't mind submitting background check etc no pets no guest
