Hello craigslist world I’m a father with a 17 year-old teenager looking for a place to rent big enough for both. $1600 budget hopefully with priv. entrance private bathroom privacy in general. I work full-time nothing fancy, kid goes to high school last year doing great I’d like to continue that. Just need to get out of the environment right now as it is not an average environment as far as the type of characters that are around. North east LA area, which is where the kid goes to school so I’m trying to maintain a location near there. I’m currently in Glendale renting a 10x13 room for about a year and six months now thousand dollars a month is my rent currently, I am able to continue to rent here but the people here that are renting to me are super-very shady. And I wouldn’t mind except my kids with me now and cannot have that around . Please let me know struggling dad with a kid. Please help me out if you feel we can help each other out.
