We are a gay couple (if it matters) searching for an INDIVIDUAL who is responsible, clean, respectful, doesn’t invite anyone for sleep overs and a non-smoker. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms therefore our potential roommate will occupy the other room. Shared kitchen (you can use the stove and fridge) and living room. If you are allergic to cats our place is not for you.
2 Choices and specify what you wanted:
1. Rent is $900/mo with no parking and all utilities paid with Private Bedroom & Private bathroom. We will be asking for $900 deposit (refundable upon giving 30 days notice).
2. Rent is $800/mo with no parking, private bedroom and all utilities paid. SHARED BATHROOM. We will be asking for $800 deposit (refundable upon giving 30 days notice).
Modes of payment for rent will always be money order or zelle…NO CASH!!!
Our place is ready to be viewed on December.
