Looking for a low-rent or work-trade living situation. Very easygoing, clean, not loud, don't smoke, reliable, honors graduate. Would like to stay within the Hollywood / Bev Hills area ideally, where I've been living. Looking for a stable place where I'll be able to focus on my work and save money. Recent roommate didn't pay rent, forcing me to cover all the costs of an expensive apartment. Don't want to be in that situation again.
