My name is Heather, and I’m reaching out about your rental listing. I’m looking for a quiet, private space such as a detached room, trailer, in-law unit, or I would also be happy with just a private room.
I want to be transparent that I have two very small service dogs. They are Chihuahuas (together under 10lbs), extremely calm, fully house-trained, and genuinely quiet — they do not bark, chew, or damage property. They are with me at all times and are never left unattended. I also have full documentation for them as service animals.
They are currently being fostered while I secure housing, and I’m at risk of losing them permanently if I don’t find something very soon. So, finding a safe, respectful space is extremely important to me.
