FULL TIME AM EMPLOYMENT OUTSIDE of this space is a requirement and condition of occupancy. You must be driven for success! It’s peaceful at night, but after 9:00 am on weekdays things start to get busy in this small space that doubles as a weekday office…. Weekends are much more peaceful…
GREAT HOT SHOWER and the Bathroom is pretty much your private space on weeknights..
There’s PEACE and QUIET here with one Clean Female Roommate who stays in another partitioned area in the living room away from your area.. Please use headphones for TV/Computer use….
You get a PRIVATE PORCH AREA in the shade that’s 420 FRIENDLY and away from any neighbors…. You can also eat out there….

3. NO VISITORS
4. NO KITCHEN and no eating or smoking in the bedroom as it tends to bring in bugs… Please ask about a Coffee Maker that can be afforded and provided at no extra costs…
5. You MUST BE CLEAN
6. NO EXTRA PETS but there’s One House Cat so please be ok with Cats….
7. NO RUNNING IN and OUT all night after 10:00 pm
