General apt inspections include the following.
Check plumbing ( water pressure, leaky faucets, leaky drain traps, corrosion).
Leaks- Bathroom ceilings can be leaking from upstairs bathrooms. ( toilets, sinks. tubs).
Electrical ( Check all receptacles., smoke detectors, lights, GFI's in bath and kitchen).
Flooring ( Trip hazards), damaged tiles, dry rotted hardwood .
Paint- is your paint peeling, mildew or mold.
Windows- Locks and window screens
Doors- proper locks, door opening and closing properly.
Reglazing- Tubs and sinks should be free of corrosion or paint peeling
Pests- Rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs.
Unauthorized occupants. - We can count beds and take photos of general apt.
Exteriors. Laundry, dryer vents, water leaks. water heaters. staircases, elevators.
Are building clean outs accessible.
Deferred maintenance will be noted and a thorough report composed. Photos will be attached.
Price per unit. $30
Exterior $100 ( common areas, stairs, laundry, elevators, water heater rooms etc. )
Quarterly service discount. $20 per unit.
A very cheap price to pay to prevent bigger issues.
