My name is Jessica, founder and owner of The Jackson Agency, and we are looking for INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what you’re worth.
Work remotely from anywhere, part time or full time, set your own schedule, build your own agency, no limit on your income. No experience necessary.
People on our team are winning! And having tons of fun doing it! And we have room for YOU.
This is a 1099 independently contracted commission selling position. You will be selling life insurance ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them with life insurance. (No cold calling.)
✅ Full-Time = 35-45 hours per week and can earn $7,000-$12,000+++ per month.
✅ Part-Time = 15-20 hours per week and can earn $2,500-$5,000+ per month.

Our Story
A year and a half ago, I was a stay-at-home mom to 2 year old triplets. Our family was living paycheck to paycheck, putting groceries on credit cards just to get by. I knew something needed to change or we would end up burying ourselves in a mountain of debt with no way out. I began looking for work from home opportunities because we could not afford childcare for me to work outside of the home. I got introduced to the insurance business and, frankly, I was skeptical. It sounded too good to be true. And I had no experience whatsoever in financial services or in sales. Before having children I was a veterinary technician, I knew nothing about this industry or how to be successful here. I didn’t even have my life insurance license. 🤔
But I’m a hard worker, I like people, and it seemed like a good company. So I decided to give it a shot. I enrolled in my pre-licensing course, completed it in 8 days and got my license. It was a lot of work learning a brand-new industry and new skills, but so very worth it. Everything I had been told about the industry was absolutely true, and even more. 🔥
Fast forward to today, just a little over one year since I started, my family no longer lives paycheck to paycheck. We have the money to put our kids in dance lessons, soccer, and other extra-curricular activities. I can take 2 weeks off for a family vacation multiple times a year and come back from vacation with more money in the bank than I spent on vacation. We no longer must use credit cards to survive. Best of all, my growing team and I have been able to train many other new agents in the business, teach them the same things we've learned, and help them achieve success as well. 🚀
