Our team is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join us in this mission. This is a remote opportunity with high earning potential for the right individual.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for warm calling leads—homeowners who have already expressed interest or are affected by the Palisades fire—and setting appointments for our design and build team. You do not need to close the deal yourself—once the appointment is set and the contract is signed, you earn a commission. Commissions can be substantial, with long-term payout potential. Contracts may take several weeks to close.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–120 calls per day using a provided dialer and lead list
Set 2 qualified appointments per day for our sales/design team
Do not leave voicemails; reattempt contacts at later times
Communicate effectively and professionally with potential clients
Follow up on meeting requests and document call outcomes
Provide clear and consistent communication with the internal team
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
No prior sales experience required, but you must be confident on the phone
Experience using a dialer or CRM system is a plus
Able to follow a structured list and track progress daily
Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Compensation Details
Commission Only: You are paid when a contract is signed. There are no limits on commission
