You’ll represent a well-respected brand in both residential and commercial roofing - no selling required, just lead generation and appointment setting.

🌟 1. CANVASSING MANAGER / SUPERVISOR
Pay: $25–$30/hr + Team-Based Commission Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time
Territory: LA County & Orange County
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3–5 door-to-door canvassers
Train, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance goals
Track metrics daily (doors knocked, leads generated, appointments set)
Work in the field with the team regularly
Communicate progress and issues to senior leadership
Who You Are:
Experienced in door-to-door, canvassing, or field sales leadership
Strong communicator and motivator
Organized and results-driven
Comfortable with data and tracking KPIs
Reliable transportation required
🌟 2. DOOR-TO-DOOR CANVASSERS (4 Openings)
Pay: $20–$25/hr + Commission Per Qualified Lead
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (Afternoon to Early Evening, Mon–Sat)
Territory: Assigned neighborhoods in LA or OC
Key Responsibilities:
Talk to property owners about roofing needs
Collect contact info and qualify leads for free roof inspections
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Follow a proven process and hit daily goals

Outgoing, energetic, and confident with strangers
Self-motivated and money-driven
Able to follow directions and use a tracking system (training provided)
Reliable, professional, and punctual
