Novum AI helps home-services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.) turn calls into booked jobs with a 24/7 AI-powered virtual receptionist. We need a beast of an outbound SDR/telemarketer to flood our closers with qualified leads—phone-first, high-volume cold calling is the fastest path to results, so that’s your main weapon.
Your responsibility:
100+ cold calls/day to local service businesses (we provide the targeting list).
Start quick convos, confirm qualification, and book appointments for our closers (or live transfer when possible).
Log outreach in our CRM and follow up same-day.
What we’re selling (easy pitch)
24/7 AI-powered phone receptionist that answers every call, captures leads from calls, and automatically callers' books appointments onto our clients' schedules. Our clients automatically book jobs from customer calls 24/7, even after business hours. Do not exaggerate about functionality of the AI receptionist. It does not generate NEW leads; it captures all inbound leads.
You have to:
Dial and book appointments 5 days per week.
Be clear, confident, and professional.
Dial from our provided lead lists, and keep clean notes.
Have a computer, reliable internet, and a headset.
Have prior cold-calling/SDR/telemarketing experience.
Compensation (commission-only, weekly):
Weekly pay: $50 per showed appointment + $150 per deal closed from your appointments.
No base salary.
The Numbers:
- You'll start as an outbound appointment setter.
- If you are a strong setter, you can expect to close 1.3 appointments/hour
- Our close rate is approximately 40-50% on outbound calls
- If you are consistently setting qualified and showed appointments, we will review your performance after 1 month to begin handling inbound calls
This role is fully remote.

We provide scripts, objection handling, and a product cheat sheet.
Clear definitions for a qualified appointment so you know exactly what “counts.”
