We are expanding our offerings with an elevated Hair Rituals Department and are seeking a Lead Technician to oversee this speacialized area, delivering unmatched scalp and hair care experiences to our guests.
Summary
The Lead Technician will oversee the Hair Rituals Department, managing daily operations, providing advanaced scalp and hair services, and leading a team to ensure every guest recieves an indulgent and restorative experience. This roles combines hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilties, maintaining the spa's signature standard of excellence.
Responsibilities
Deliver premium hair wash, scalp massage, and hair ritual treatments with precision and care.
Lead and train the Hair Rituals team, ensuring consistency in technique and guest experience.
Manage daily workflow and operational needs of the department.
Maintain a serene, organized, and immaculate environment for guests.
Collaborate with management to introduce innovative hair and scalp rituals as well as service enhancements.
Uphold all health, sanitation, and saftey standard in accordance with state regulations.
Address guest feedback professionally and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
Valid California Cosmetology license required
2+ years of experience in hair washing, scalp treatments, or salon/spa services; leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of scalp health, hair care products, and luxury service standards.
Exceptional communication, training and team management skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for guest care.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
