We’re a laid-back household:
One room is a chill BIPOC couple with a 2 year old. She sleeps from about 9-7:30 am, and doesn’t cry at night. She's in daycare M-F.
One room is a chill guy- been here since February 2024. He’s bicoastal and literally hasn't been here since July.
We’re happy to be social or keep to ourselves.

Month-to-month lease with 30-day notice required by the 1st of the month.
No couples, but will consider a potty-trained, non-barking/biting, non-shedding/hypoallergenic pet.
