Includes a beautiful backyard space with gorgeous views and some outdoor furniture. The LA dot dash bus stop (free) is right outside the gate and connects you to sunset blvd and downtown. You do not need to have a car to enjoy LA if you stay here - all your needs are accessible on foot!

There are 2 sets of stairs and a partial ramp leading up to the house so accessibility is a slight issue. No pets.

2BR/1BA with a large living room and kitchen. The 2nd room is set up as a music studio with acoustic treatment but can be used as an office. Photos on request. Perfect for a music or film professional looking to spend some time in LA/here for a project etc.
